Weekend update

I linked to a few stories yesterday... (The rest of this post about new developments, including a few really good laughs [I can't decide which is funnier, the Sodomite Cannibals or the Bieber is a Trans-something claim], is at FontFolly.Net.)

Friday Links (Live and Let Die Edition)

We've reached the final Friday in January. In just two days the Seattle Seahawks are going to play in the Superbowl again, and while I do not expect them to obliterate their opponents as they did last year (we didn't just mop the floor with the Broncos, we stomped the Broncos until they were the floor, and then we mopped them), but I do believe we're going to beat the Patriots. Go Hawks!

Anyway, here is a collection of news and other things that I ran across over the course of the week which struck me as worthy of being shared:

Friday Links (NFC Champs Edition)

It's already the fourth Friday of 2015! But it's still January, so it's too early for "the year's just flying by" jokes, right? I either had a major relapse or came down with a new bug on Sunday, so I've been out of it a lot again, this week. Anyway, here is a collection of news and other things that I ran across over the course of the week which struck me as worthy of being shared: My Seahawks are going back to the Superbowl!!! The Purple Passions of Carl Corley. I love all the old paperback cover art! The pope stumbles over Charlie Hebdo. Deflated footballs just latest corner Belichick's Pats accused of cutting. Friday Links (divine figs edition)

It's already the third Friday of 2015! Have you stopped typing "2014" yet? I've been sick most of the week. Almost all of my time has gone to either sleeping or working. So you'll notice that this week's list of links is a bit shorter than usual.

Anyway, here is a collection of news and other things that I ran across over the course of the week which struck me as worthy of being shared:

Friday Links

It's the first Friday of 2015! I am working on a final blog post about my goals for 2014 and how they worked out. I'm also working on finalizing my goals for 2015. I know for many of my friends in wasn't a great year, but personally, I'm pretty happy about 2014, and looking forward to an every better year going forward.

Anyway, here is a collection of news and other things that I ran across over the course of the week which struck me as worthy of being shared:

The Saddest Thing I Know about the Integers.

LogoTV NewNowNext blog reports: Hozier’s “Take Me to Church” has become something of an LGBT anthem, especially with its video depicting a harrowing gay-bashing and lyrics decrying religious intolerance.
